A young man who struggled with a gambling addiction tells his story; starting out as an adolescent playing games for a few dollars, he ended up contemplating suicide and finally seeking help. He identifies certain emotional factors at play in his problem. "I believe that every time you go from generation to generation if there's some type of addiction, it kind of reshapes or reforms. And where my father's addiction might have been drugs or alcohol, mine was actually gambling." This project was completed thanks to the support from the Department of Problem Gambling and the Friday Night Live Partnership. We recently premiered this project and two others at a youth leadership conference at Disneyland!
