The very public transition of Jenner, former Olympian and part of the Jenner/Kardashian clan made famous by reality television, has intensified the spotlight this week. Jenner's upcoming Vanity Fair cover was released, and the national celebrity culture discussion became a roiling boil about gender identity. Youth Radio's Bella King, a 20-year old trans woman, shared her story of coming out to her family and letting go of the shame she's felt with NPR's All Things Considered.
